2.    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we regret that returns are not possible. However, if you:

b. Damaged order

3.    Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue.

4.    Our team will review the details and coordinate with our Quality Control team and shipping partner to resolve the matter promptly.

5.    The refund process will take 5to7 business days to complete.

CANCELLATIONS:

After your order is confirmed, cancellations or changes are not possible. To add items, please place a new order and include a note—we’ll make every effort to ship them together.
